I will always be a big fan of crunchy Rock Salted Potato Wedges either as a Contorno (side dish) or as a nibble starter. Many love to cover them with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise but I simply find them more appetizing as they are fresh from the oven. Make sure to use the yellow potatoes (best for roast, chips & crisps) not the white potatoes (great for boiled and mash).
